On behalf of the Art in
Public Places Committee of the Longmont Council for the Arts, thank you
for submitting your entry for the Kensington Park Project. A selection
panel convened on September 16th to review proposals by twenty-seven Colorado
artists and select three semi-finalists for the project. The submissions
reflected a wide variety of media and styles.
The high quality of the
artwork represented and proposals submitted made the selection process
very competitive. We regret that you not selected as a finalist for this
project, but encourage you to apply for future projects.
